Are my data used to train ContinuumAI's or OpenAI/Google's AI?
Under no circumstances. ContinuumAI operates under a Zero-Data-Retention policy. Your data is yours: it is not shared, not sold, not used to train external or internal models. Opt-Out guaranteed by contract.
How long does implementation take?
4 to 6 weeks for the operational Sandbox (Phase 1 + 2). Complex integrations (Legacy ERPs) can extend to 3–5 months with a functional pilot.
Can I test it before integrating it massively?
Yes. We offer PoC (Proof of Concept) and bounded Operational Pilots before full rollout.
What core technology or LLMs does ContinuumAI use?
Agnostic and multi-model. We orchestrate GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, Llama 3, Mistral, and fine-tuned models depending on the use case.
Do you offer free "Self-Serve" plans?
No. ContinuumAI is B2B institutional with free consultative setup (Kickoff). There are no freemium plans.
